Kathleen Goneau

My name is Kathleen Goneau, and I am a Realtor and Professional Coach with Keller Williams Realty. I became a Realtor because I am committed to assisting people in securing financial wealth by creating security in real estate. Our team’s goal is to meet and exceed our client’s needs. Keith Marhafer

Born and raised in Stoneham, Massachusetts, Keith Marhafer is a long time resident of Stow with close ties to the community. Keith received his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from UMass Amherst and honed his skills in top level customer service and a commitment to excellence over a 20 year career. After a year away from that field and more time with family, Keith decided to transfer his skill set to help others achieve their personal and financial goals for home ownership and investment in real estate. Alongside his professional pursuits, Keith is a devoted husband, dad of two young children and loves boating, fishing and vacationing with his family.

Polliann Moran

I am a long time health care professional who brings expertise in customer care and service to my real estate career. As a realtor I look forward to helping my clients with the best care so they can have a smooth and stress free home buying experience. I believe communication is essential for any relationship to work out.  This is true professionally and also at home with a big active family. I came to the US from Puerto Rico over 20 years ago and have deep ties to the community in Hudson. Additionally, I am a native Spanish speaker and fluent in Portuguese.

Shoshana Mulé

After returning to the workforce from full-time mom duties, Shoshana joined The Goneau Group as the Service Director in 2019.  She is passionate about providing world class customer service from the start to finish of a home sale, all the while ensuring a successful and enjoyable transaction for our valued home buyers and sellers.  No detail is too small for her attention to client needs. Prior to starting a family, Shoshana’s experience included work on the mortgage side of real estate transactions and paralegal work for a private equity firm and international law firm.  Using her prior real estate and business experience, Shoshana ensures all requirements of the closing process are satisfied.  Shoshana received her undergraduate degree in Art History from Rutgers University. As a central Massachusetts resident for almost 20 years, Shoshana is familiar with many of the towns where our clients live. Shoshana lives in Lunenburg with her husband and two children. She enjoys baking and spending time at the lake with her children.
